In Squishmallows lore, Robert the Frog is often confused with Ludwig. Technically, they are the same character, with Ludwig being released one year earlier than Robert. They rebranded Ludwig into Robert, but you may still be able to find a few Ludwigs here and there.

Care Instructions

According to the official Squishmallows website, gentle spot treatment is the best method to clean Robert. However, if you play ball all day, you will need more than that to eliminate all the deep-seated dirt and grime!

When washing this Squishmallow, we discovered that Robert the Frog could survive a gentle and cool wash cycle for a more thorough cleaning. Just put him inside a roomy pillowcase and wash him alongside other bedding so he's not entirely exposed to the machine.

Afterward, depending on your preference, you can tumble dry the frog plushie on low and gentle (not hot) or air dry him [1]. Once he's nice and dry, Fluff Robert with your fingers to get him back to his original shape.
